After signing up for an online account, you can log in to the My Sunrise area by entering your username and your password (which you selected on your application).
You can access the sign-in page from the My Sunrise link in the top navigation or the Sign In link in the top-right corner of the page.
If you receive a red exclamation point next to your username, this could possibly mean that your online account has not yet been activated. If this occurs, please contact cscanada@sunmed.com and provide your username only. Never provide your password to anyone.
